Job Overview

The Brand and Campaigns Team is responsible for positioning and governing our brand to build trust and value with customers. As part of this team, the Social Media Marketing Coordinator manages and grows our social media presence, ensuring timely, accurate, and aligned content with business objectives and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our social media presence
  • Lead the planning, production, and publishing of multimedia content across social channels
  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
  • Analyse customer feedback and online trends to inform future content planning and improvements
  • Provide expert guidance and training on social media best practices
  • Monitor performance using industry-leading tools and deliver insights and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or business
  • Considerable experience in social media marketing, digital engagement channels, and community management within a large complex organisation
  • Experience utilising various social media platforms (including Facebook business manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Demonstrated experience using social media management and monitoring solutions e.g. Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Agora Pulse, Hootsuite or similar
