About the Role:

This is your chance to combine creativity with purpose — producing eLearning content that educates, engages, and inspires. You'll take the lead in creating high-quality digital content across various platforms and channels.

  • Develop engaging digital content and communication campaigns across web and social media platforms
  • Design, produce, and deliver strategic WHS training programs
  • Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, YouTube), including reels, carousels, and video content (filming & editing)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and on-brand

Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes digital content? A leading government client based in Parramatta is looking for a Content Creator – WHS to bring learning to life through engaging multimedia content.
About the Role:

This is your chance to combine creativity with purpose — producing eLearning content that educates, engages, and inspires. You'll take the lead in creating high-quality digital content across various platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging digital content and communication campaigns across web and social media platforms
  • Design, produce, and deliver strategic WHS training programs
  • Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, YouTube), including reels, carousels, and video content (filming & editing)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and on-brand
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, including photography and video production
  • Experience with LMS tools – ideally Thrive
  • Familiarity with Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
  • WHS knowledge or experience (highly regarded)
