Job Opportunity

The Retail Team Lead will oversee the delivery of essential services across multiple retail stores. The successful candidate will guide and mentor a team of 30 members to ensure consistent quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team to maintain trolley availability, food safety, cleaning, hygiene, and waste management standards throughout the week
  • Collaborating with other store departments to create a positive experience for team members and customers

Requirements:

  • Leadership or management experience

  • Comfortable working within regulated frameworks (food safety, industrial regulations, etc.)
