Caregivers Wanted for Groundbreaking Paediatric Hospice Initiative

We are seeking passionate professionals to join our team at a paediatric hospice in Western Australia. This purpose-built facility offers statewide specialist paediatric palliative care services for children and young people (0–18 years) who are living with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and their families.

The role involves supporting families from across the state through every stage of their journey – from diagnosis through life, death, and bereavement – within a peaceful, home-like setting that prioritises comfort, dignity and connection.
- Medically supported respite, emergency symptom management, and end-of-life care in a warm, calming environment
- Symptom management addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs
- End of life care
- After-death and bereavement care, including a bereavement suite for the child and family to access for up to seven days post death and long-term grief and counselling support
- Sibling and family support, with opportunities for peer connection and emotional care
