Senior Paediatric Palliative Care Nurse Leader

This is a unique opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as the Clinical Nurse Manager of a new paediatric hospice in Western Australia. The successful candidate will have advanced clinical experience in paediatric palliative care and exceptional interpersonal skills.
About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading the nursing team, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of patient-centred services that meet national quality and safety standards. This key leadership role involves:
- Managing the nursing team to provide high-quality, evidence-based palliative care to children and their families.
- Overseeing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Fostering a culture of excellence in evidence-based palliative care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced clinical experience in paediatric palliative care.
