Sales Assistant - Dynamic Sports Fashion Retailer

We are seeking skilled individuals to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating positivity and professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Provide personalised 1:1 customer service, assisting with queries and processing sales.
  • Collaborate with the wider management and store team to achieve key performance indicators and targets.
  • Support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Elevate any customer complaints to management in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be enthusiastic about overcoming challenges and learning new skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask, working across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles within retail, hospitality, or similar industries is advantageous.
  • A passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands is highly valued.
