Club Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Club Manager.

Your role will involve inspiring and motivating your team, leading the club to success and driving sales growth through effective management and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club's operations, including sales budgets, staff recruitment, training, and retention, as well as delivering exceptional member experiences.

About The Role
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and increase membership sales
  • Manage staff resources, including recruitment, training, and retention to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience managing a sales team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results
  • Experience with sales budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
