The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for performing field-based utility location activities, including data collection, recording, and management to meet client requirements. This may involve occasional regional and interstate work on short stints.

About You:

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Qualifications in utility mapping, surveying or equivalent experience gained in a similar role;
  • Proven skills and experience with subsurface utility detection, location and verification using industry-standard technologies like Ground Penetrating Radar, SONDE, and Wands;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams;
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standard AS 5488-2022 Classification of Subsurface Utility Information (SUI);
  • Experience managing field teams;
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills;
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively to build services provided;
  • Proven understanding of a business where utilization & efficiency is key to success.
