Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, modern law firm specialising in front-end Wills & Estates. As an experienced Managing Director, you will be responsible for drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts, advising on estate planning strategies, and guiding clients through the probate and estate administration process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts
  • Advising on estate planning strategies for blended families, high-net-worth individuals, and clients with corporate structures
  • Creating powers of attorney and enduring guardianships
  • Guiding clients through the probate and estate administration process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–8 years' post-admission experience in front-end Wills & Estates
  • Strong drafting and advisory skills
  • Tech-savvy and client-focused
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, non-traditional legal setting
