Project Lead - Civil Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead with experience in managing civil infrastructure projects to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders and site teams.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project lead to take on a challenging role and make a real difference in the delivery of our civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion
  • Oversee project planning, coordination and execution
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders and site teams to ensure effective communication and project outcomes
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in project management within civil infrastructure or subdivisions
  • Strong understanding of construction delivery, project reporting and contract tracking
  • Practical experience with MS Project and reporting on project progress
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify what's necessary without heavy oversight
  • Confident dealing with both field crews and clients
  • Safety, quality and environmental awareness, especially within rural projects
