Sustainability in Design Business Partner

This role supports the implementation, education, and ongoing application of sustainability and safety in design principles across major capital delivery projects.

About the Role

As a Sustainability in Design Business Partner, you will work closely with engineering, capital delivery, and WHS teams to ensure sustainable design practices are embedded into project planning and delivery.

  1. Support and guide project teams in applying sustainability and safety in design principles.
  2. Facilitate safety in design and related workshops.
  3. Monitor, audit, and report on the SuiD process and outcomes.
  4. Develop tools, processes, and educational materials to improve design sustainability.
  5. Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and sustainability requirements.

You will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in design processes to achieve efficient, safe, and innovative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
