**About the role**

A perfect opportunity for a people-person who enjoys helping people. This role will be the 'first impression' for our brand to our valued students and partners, and a key support for our campus team of Trainers, Sales and Operations.

Here is a taste of what your day will look like...

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate the effective operation and administration of the campus including campus administration and building maintenance
- Provide onboarding support to newly enrolled students.
- Responding to student enquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing ongoing support to students on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide administrative support to Trainers and other team members as required
- Maintain the campus in a professional and operational condition.
- Conducting satisfaction surveys for classroom students and reporting findings to the State Manager and other relevant stakeholders
- Provide friendly and efficient front desk and phone support to all students and guests of the campus.

- Previous experience in Administration/similar role
- Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
- Effective communication, verbal and written
- Well developed time management skills
- Previous experience in the RTO or VET sector (highly desirable)
- Knowledge and experience in use of VETTRAK or similar student management systems (highly desirable)
