Emergency Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Management professional to lead the charge in emergency preparedness and response at our hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who can drive education, innovation, and operational excellence in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate emergency management functions and services throughout the hospital
  • Develop and implement emergency management plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve health service delivery in crisis or emergency contexts
  • Develop and deliver emergency management training and exercises at an organisational level
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years experience in health or emergency management, supported by a relevant Masters degree
  • Proven track record of leading major emergency management initiatives and improving health service delivery in crisis or emergency contexts
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
