Health and Fitness Position

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as casual health and fitness consultants.

  • Providing excellent customer service to current and prospective members at aquatic centres and/or leisure facilities
  • Successfully providing professional and accurate information to customers
  • Implementing the health and fitness centre and group fitness studio activities, programs and competitions to attract maximum participation levels

This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion for health and fitness and want to make a difference in their community.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (minimum Certificate III in Fitness)
  • Registered Fitness Leader (AUSactive, Fitrec, Physical Activity Australia or equivalent)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain own accreditation and work within strict parameters to achieve set targets
  • Experience in a leisure environment working to deadlines and achieving targets
  • Experience working with schools, corporate groups, sporting clubs and associations
  • Current Working with Children Check
