Our Integrated Management Systems (Safety, Quality and Environmental Management) are certified to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
The Role:- Lead initiatives to improve HSE performance as an Initiator.
- Support the development, delivery and management of HSEQ Management Plans to maintain current ISO and Federal Safety certifications.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels and lead HSE meetings with a collaborative approach.
- Deliver internal training to teams and individuals on health and safety processes.
- Undertake audits, inspections, identification of trends and compiling lessons learnt with a solutions-based mindset.
- Ensure workers have correct and current WHS related training, qualifications and competencies.
- Assist with incident investigations as a problem solver.
- Ensure compliance with legal WHS and Environmental Obligations.
- A Certificate IV in WHS is essential.
- Demonstrated experience working in health and safety roles on Class 2 projects is required.
- Qualities such as being an Initiator, having technical knowledge of WHS, Risk Management and FSC / ISO standards are expected.
- An Australian driver's license is necessary.
