Team Leadership Role
This is a leadership opportunity to direct, manage and develop a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality services in a complex environment. The successful candidate will oversee the team's performance, compliance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Direct, manage and develop the team to deliver high-quality services that meet contractually compliant requirements.
- Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, performance management and professional development to ensure team members have the skills needed to excel.
- Manage financial aspects of the service, including budgets, expenditure and financial compliance requirements.
- Ensure service operations align with key performance indicators (KPIs), compliance standards and funding guidelines.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, funders, community service providers and other organizations.
- Support frontline staff to ensure culturally sensitive and respectful interactions that contribute to people's health and wellbeing.
- Coordinate staff scheduling rosters for 24/7 service delivery.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement to ensure consistency across service delivery.
- Adopt a culturally safe approach that considers the physical, spiritual, cultural, emotional and social wellbeing of First Nations people.
