Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Retail Planning Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data to support strategic decision-making within the Retail Planning department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze and interpret retail sales, inventory and forecast data to support planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with planners, buyers and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and sales performance.
  • Support demand forecasting and replenishment strategies by providing historical data analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and recommend automation opportunities.
  • Ensure Master Data accuracy, consistency and integrity from input to output by implementing validation, cleansing and integration processes.
  • Work closely with our IT team to improve data flow and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

This full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate and experienced Data Analyst to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic planning team and environment and contribute towards the growth and trajectory of our planning efforts.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting or a similar role, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Experience with retail planning systems, ERP or POS data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance or a related field (Advantageous).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting tools.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and macros.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
