• Maintain open lines of communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, interests, and developmental milestones.\
• Actively participate in regular meetings, reviews, and evaluations with the centre manager and senior staff members to discuss centre operations, performance, and future directions.\
• Monitor and report any incidents, injuries, or accidents involving children, reporting these to relevant authorities as required.\
• Comply with organisational policies, procedures, and regulations at all times, adhering to requirements around confidentiality, data protection, and security.\
• Ensure timely submission of completed work, meeting deadlines and expectations set by the centre management team.\
• Attend mandatory training sessions and participate in continuous professional development to expand your skillset and adapt to evolving industry standards.\
• Willingly take on additional responsibilities and projects as directed by the centre management team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.\\
