The Role

As a school-based trainee, you will be working at our Plumbing Ferntree Gully branch. Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing company values and policies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of your certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages and orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard

About You:
We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:
