Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of contract operations personnel, responsible for the processing, delivery and maintenance of contractual asset data with Defence clients.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure defence data integrity in accordance with defence standards is key to success in this role.
  • Leading contract operations staff in reviewing, validating, and uploading asset data in line with defence standards.
  • Enhancing process efficiency within internal systems (GEMS & ServiceNow) to improve user access and information.
  • Managing data security risks and analysing data integrity in compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Providing training to staff and stakeholders on the use of Defence systems to access and update relevant estate information.
