
Senior Contract Specialist

**Job Title:**
Senior Contract SpecialistThis position requires a highly skilled and experienced contract professional to manage contracts, governance processes, and operational activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to minimize risk and maximize benefits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on contract performance and progress.
Requirements:
- A degree in Law or a related field, together with additional qualifications in contract management or project management.
- At least 4 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
