Senior Contract Administrator Job Description

This is a senior role for a proactive professional with a strong commercial mindset, seeking to make a strategic impact in the national construction industry.

The Senior Contract Administrator will oversee and manage all contractual aspects of projects, ensuring successful delivery and minimizing risk.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all contractual aspects of projects.
  • Review and analyze contracts to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Manage variations and maximize claims to ensure commercial outcomes.
  • Provide commercial support to project teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar commercial support role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a talent for identifying and managing contractual risks.
  • Experience with building facade and heritage projects is highly regarded.
  • Experience with Cost Plus projects is beneficial.
