About This Role:

Job Summary: Deliver high-quality administrative and transactional support to healthcare teams. You will be working in a busy ward setting, managing rosters, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining critical data systems, and contributing to safe and effective patient care.
  • Manage competing priorities, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exercise initiative and apply practical problem-solving skills using established procedures to resolve day-to-day issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and create positive experiences for patients, families, and staff.
  • Support colleagues while working efficiently and independently when needed.
  • Work under the direction of a Nurse or Midwifery Unit Manager (N/MUM) to ensure smooth and efficient ward operations.

Requirements:

  • Current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and administrative skills.
  • Confidence with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry applications.
