We are seeking an experienced professional to support our mission of empowering individuals with disability, injury, or health condition to achieve meaningful employment.

This role will be responsible for sourcing and creating career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health condition and be skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with employers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions that fit.

  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
