Customer Service and Warehouse Assistant Role

We are seeking enthusiastic team members to support our online and warehouse order fulfillment process during the peak period.

This is a temporary, fixed-term role with potential for extension.

As a Customer Service and Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the team in daily operations, including customer service, warehouse ticketing, and online order fulfillment.

Key tasks include:

  • Order processing (ticketing, picking, packing, and dispatching) - ensuring timely delivery of customer orders while meeting our service level agreements.
  • Customer communication (email and phone)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work quickly and accurately with high attention to detail, and be able to lift up to 15kgs.
