Join our team as a Customer Service and Warehouse Team Member

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to assist the Online and Warehouse Order fulfillment team during our peak period.

This is a fixed-term casual role with an anticipated start date of September/October, with potential for extension.

You will be assisting the team in daily operations including customer service, warehouse ticketing and online order fulfillment.

  • Order fulfillment (Ticketing, pick, pack and dispatch)
  • Customer communication via email and phone

About this role:

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a team environment, communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lift up to 15kgs.

A retail or similar background is not essential but would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have high levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
