About You:

You have a passion for what you do and a drive to succeed. You're open-minded and eager to learn, with a desire to connect with people on an international scale.

As the Agile Coach, you'll be responsible for championing a culture of growth mindset and self-leadership within our team. You'll work closely with leaders to promote continuous improvement and empower our team members to reach their full potential.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Agile Coaching, with a proven track record of coaching people across all levels of an organisation
  • Strong coaching skills, including communication, listening, intervention, and empathy
  • A confident and assertive approach, with the ability to lead and teach others
  • An open mind and a willingness to learn and adapt

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Building and coaching high-performing Agile individuals and teams, ensuring full team engagement and participation

Empowering leadership to build, grow, and sustain a thriving Agile team

Facilitating training and development opportunities for our team members, including Zoom calls and workshops
