As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading your own room and guiding a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs for children.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices. Safety and inclusivity will be ensured in all learning experiences tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
