We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide high-quality care to our residents at our beautifully presented care facilities.

Job Role: As an Aged Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our care recipients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to deliver best practice care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support qualification
  • Relevant work experience in Aged Care
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays and weekends
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families
  • Ability to understand and implement resident care plans
  • Ability to identify problems and alert immediate supervisors when necessary
  • Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Pro-active and dedicated approach to delivering best practice care
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude
