Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Banker to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for converting contact centre and self-generated leads into satisfied customers by providing tailored financial solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with our Network Partners to generate leads through employer visits, ensuring that every customer interaction is seamless, efficient, and expertly handled.

You will thrive on delivering the highest level of service, managing your own portfolio, and meeting activity targets. You will collaborate with internal partners to support a seamless customer experience and deliver professional messages with a unified business voice.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

You will also require a sound understanding of credit assessment, lending principles, and whole-of-bank products.

Additionally, you will need to have a general understanding of market and competitor developments.
