Job Title: Executive Assistant To Director Asset Services

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to provide efficient and confidential support to the Director Asset Services and the Asset Services Team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing documentation such as agendas and reports
  • Proof reading and diary management for the Director
  • General administrative duties with attention to detail

Required Skills:

  • A high level of IT skills in using systems for storing, retrieving, and sending information efficiently
  • Sound knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Sound numeracy skills for understanding financial information
