Lead Store Retailer

The role of a Lead Store Retailer involves overseeing customer experience, employee development, visual merchandising and operational store functions to achieve targets and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales through effective team management and leadership to meet targets and KPIs
  • Recruit, train, develop and succession plan employees to ensure optimal store performance
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual presentation and housekeeping to maintain high standards
  • Coordinate employee rostering in line with store trading hours

A successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the local community through events and initiatives. They will believe in delivering an outstanding store environment and will take ownership of store presentation.
