Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Optimization Specialist to join our project management team. This role will be responsible for supporting the project management division with workflow design and implementation of the BD Rowa product portfolio into retail pharmacy environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing efficient workflows that incorporate the BD Rowa solution, including initial workflow sketches and final installation drawings used for the implementation of the solution.

You will draft bespoke design briefs based on workflow analysis and customer requirements, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives and a smooth implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the project management team to manage administrative tasks required to achieve project objectives.
  • Support the project and sales teams by designing workflow concepts incorporating the Rowa product portfolio.
  • Design final installation designs for the Rowa product implementation.
  • Present workflow concepts and adapt concepts by incorporating customer feedback.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Ensure centralized project reporting and tracking systems are kept updated and dashboard reports are regularly circulated for stakeholder review.
Requirements:
  • Degree in interior design, architecture, drafting or similar preferred, qualification in project management considered desirable.
  • Excellent software skills - Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative and/or similar 3D graphics and presentation software (AutoCAD is essential).
  • 3+ years of professional design experience with excellent 3D graphic skills, concept design and presentation skills.
