About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane office. As a key member of our onsite support team, you will provide first-level technical assistance to staff, responding to requests for support via the onsite Tech Bars, telephone, and email.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining equipment such as monitors and cameras used at workstations, as well as performing Level 1 Support for all End User devices and desk setup. You will also troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with setting up and configuring devices, and resolve problems within the MS 365 platform.

Additionally, you will be expected to exemplify the BOQ Group values of Spirited, Optimistic, Curious, Inclusive, Accountable, and Lionhearted to contribute to the purpose of Building Social Capital through Banking.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require experience providing L1 Service Desk and Onsite Support, as well as Microsoft 365 experience including Teams. Strong people skills, basic network troubleshooting skills, and general troubleshooting skills are essential. A strong customer service background and understanding of IT Service Management processes and procedures are also necessary.

You will be happy to work onsite in Brisbane supporting our internal teams and be willing to comply with the Code of Conduct and any additional policies and procedures that apply to the role.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
