About the Role

We are recognized as the premier Insurance Law & Litigation practice in Australia.

As a Senior Associate, reporting directly to the Partner, you will have the opportunity to be part of a broad ranging insurance matters team working on diverse range of cases.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice to insurers on coverage
  • Managing day-to-day litigation including document management and court attendances
  • Preparing briefs for hearings with Counsel and attending proceedings
  • Engaging with expert witnesses and interviewing lay witnesses
  • Maintaining client relationships and portals
  • Coordinating with coverage Counsel
  • Supporting workshop preparation and presentation
  • Collaborating with senior practitioners and team members to achieve goals

You will work closely with senior lawyers and team members to drive our success.
