Senior Exploration Geologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our exploration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and performance of exploration programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional geologic maps and resource models for exploration projects
- Generate, rank, and test new and existing targets using geophysical, geochemical, and geological data
- Manage consultants, staff, and drilling contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Contribute to statutory and company reports, providing geological insights and recommendations
- Plan, manage, and implement drilling programs on time and within budget
- 10+ years' experience in the gold mining and exploration industry, including time as a Resource Geologist
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience in mentoring junior professionals
- Working knowledge of image preparation for ASX announcements, cross-sections, geochemical data sets, geological maps, and 3D modeling
- Previous experience working with the Department of Mines and Industry Relations and knowledge of the Department of Environment's reporting requirements
- Tertiary degree in Geology or a related discipline
