We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team and prepare high-quality dishes for our customers.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in menu planning, staff management, and food safety regulations. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that meals are prepared efficiently and effectively.

This role involves:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
  • Leading a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal preparation and service
  • Developing and implementing new recipes and menus to increase customer satisfaction
  • Managing inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a related role
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
