Responsibilities

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage teams. Your role will include:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including our Restaurant, Poolside Bar, and In-Room Dining.
  • Lead, train, and motivate Food & Beverage ambassadors to ensure exceptional luxury service standards.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by acting proactively and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered according to hotel standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in placing orders and stock control.
  • Promote campaigns and events to drive revenue and increase capture.
  • Conduct analysis of departmental training needs, prepare, and deliver training to both groups and individuals.
  • Host team briefings and meetings to communicate department performance feedback and strategies.
Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Food & Beverage with proven experience leading a team.
  • Elevated EQ and a demonstrated understanding of luxury.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to positively influence others.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team working skills, and able to manage schedules.
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and resolve guest feedback.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations food handling best practices.
  • Understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory, and ordering.
  • A passion for Food & Beverage with the drive to excel in your career.
