The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data from our comprehensive datasets. You'll develop benchmarks, craft industry reports, and support sales and client teams with data-driven solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on business outcomes, making this an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and analyze data from our data warehouse using SQL and other tools.
  • Create clear and concise reports highlighting key performance indicators for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in the development of industry benchmarks and performance standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of industry reports for PR and brand-building initiatives.
  • Provide data support to sales and client teams to aid in client acquisition and growth.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A keen interest in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is desirable.
  • Awareness of AI and ML technologies and principles is beneficial.
