About Our Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Effectiveness Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyse performance data to distil actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver data-led insights.
  • Presentation of findings confidently to stakeholders, using storytelling to influence decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Media Mix Modelling solutions.
  • Collate, clean, and upload data in collaboration with agencies and teams.
  • Guide media ROI targets and provide input on channel selection.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate trends and insights.
  • Drive a test & learn culture through experimentation and optimisation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing analytics, with proven expertise in MMM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and media effectiveness principles, including campaign measurement and ROI analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Query skills; SQL a bonus.
  • Commercial mindset, with a passion for delivering business impact through data storytelling.
  • Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and eager to champion a test & learn mindset.
