Pega System Architect Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pega System Architect to join our team and assist with the building and maintaining of Pega applications.

The successful candidate will have experience with technical implementation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Pega applications according to specifications
  • Provide level 3 technical support for Pega built applications and implement fixes
  • Modify workflows, data models, and user interfaces
  • Design and execute test cases to validate functionality
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
  • Document technical designs and implementation approaches

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Agile environments
  • Experience with case management and decision management
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • The ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Testing and debugging skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate openly and effectively with staff, stakeholders, and clients at all levels
  • Clear written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Programming, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Background in software development or technical implementation
