Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at St Francis Retirement Community in Eleebana.

As a key member of our integrated care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality support is provided to our residents.

About The Role
  • Support residents to live their lives with independence and choice, promoting their physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs.
  • Contribute to the assessment and observation of residents' needs, implementing interventions as delegated by Registered Nurses.
  • Assist residents with personal care and hygiene needs while encouraging their independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent recognised qualification (essential).
  • Ability to engage with residents and experience in dementia support.
  • Effective interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and flexibility.
