- To deliver culturally inclusive and supportive services that address the needs of First Nations communities.
- To build strong partnerships with community agencies, carers, and families to provide sustainable networks.
- To develop and implement programs that enhance healing, resilience, and cultural preservation.
- You are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person with a degree in social work, psychology, social science, or a related field.
- You have experience in child protection, community services, or supporting vulnerable children and families.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and cultural competence.
- A current driver's licence is essential for this role.
- A current National Police Certificate and Child Safety Screening Check are also required.
