About Us

We are seeking a Scheduler to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing care worker schedules to meet client needs
  • Addressing scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Actioning and documenting phone calls and communications relating to care scheduling, including roster changes, carer sick leave and client enquiries
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our scheduling process to enhance service delivery
  • Professionally liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Participating in the on-call roster is an essential aspect of this role.

To be successful, you must have:

  • Experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry
  • Intermediate computer literacy in using Microsoft Office programs and online systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing or urgent tasks

You will also need to hold:

  • A Working with Children check
  • A Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
