Position Summary: As a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, construction, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud resources to ensure peak performance and reliability. You will lead a team of two Cloud Operations Engineers and serve as the Integration Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resource performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Operations Engineers.
  • Collaborate with cloud service providers for resource management.
  • Establish automatic scaling, load balancing, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Perform system updates and patches to maintain security and efficiency.
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, and client services teams to ensure 24/7 availability of cloud services.

Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux systems.
  • Proficient in shell scripting with at least 5 years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support roles.
  • Extensive experience in a Microsoft environment.
  • Skilled in automation tools such as PowerShell, UNIX shell, Ansible, and Fabric.
  • Strong consulting and communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
  • Expertise in managing AWS Cloud environments using native tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS services including IAM, VPCs, EC2, S3, and more.
