To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Confidence with MS Office, with Navision or Salesforce experience a bonus
