Early Steps Project Manager

The Early Steps Project aims to deliver innovative services, develop future educators and improve outcomes for children and families. As our facilitator, you will play a key role in ensuring the project aligns with our organisation's goals and vision.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project planning and delivery, ensuring seamless alignment with organisational objectives.
- Oversee program operations, including service recruitment and student placements with our university partner.
- Serve as the main liaison for services, sector experts and other key stakeholders.
- BUILD STRONG TEAM RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS EARLY LEARNING AND THE WIDER ORGANISATION.
- Report on project progress, engagement and outcomes.
- Manage resources effectively while maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.
- LEAD WITH OWNERSHIP AND A POSITIVE, CAN-DO ATTITUDE.
- Improve performance by working collaboratively and constructively.
- Persevere and adapt to challenges with resilience.
- Align your work with organisational objectives and values.
- Make sound, timely decisions that support growth and impact.
We contribute to the work and mission of the Uniting Church through social justice advocacy, community services and spiritual care. We provide care and support for people through all ages and stages of life, with a focus on those experiencing disadvantage and vulnerability.
