People & Culture Advisor Job

The People & Culture Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering key strategy business initiatives and supporting the planning and execution of major projects across our organization. This includes providing trusted advice to business leaders on people-related initiatives throughout all stages of the employee life cycle.

This role is critical to ensuring the most effective utilization of People & Culture for the purpose of achieving strategic business objectives. The P&C Advisor will work in partnership with Advisory Managers to provide guidance and execution support to business leaders on all stages of the employment lifecycle.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR best practice, excellent people management and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated experience with People & Culture metrics and analysis. They will also have relationship and influencing skills at senior levels, advanced business and commercial acumen, project management skills, and experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

About This Role:

  • Provide trusted advice to business leaders on people-related initiatives throughout all stages of the employee life cycle
  • Support the execution of people-related initiatives initiated from People & Culture Centres of Excellence
  • Work in partnership with Advisory Managers to deliver people initiatives across the business
  • Support Advisory Managers and business leaders with Business Unit people strategies and initiatives
  • Resolve employee relations issues in a timely manner

About You:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience within a People & Culture Advisory or similar role
  • Possess strong knowledge of recruitment, talent, remuneration, and people practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience with project management and analysis
