Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative product designer to join our multi-category team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of children's product ranges, delivering innovative and commercially viable ideas within the airline environment.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional project teams to champion design integrity and brand alignment, while producing high-quality, engaging, and innovative products that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and innovative children's products
  • Translate conceptual ideas into compelling product proposals and presentations
  • Align product and graphic design to ensure cohesive and impactful outputs
  • Lead the delivery of design outputs across multiple concurrent projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes, including paper goods, cut-and-sew, fabrics, and designing to cost budgets
  • Familiarity with testing and compliance requirements for children's products
  • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of design process, delivering projects from concept to completion with brand alignment
  • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative and effective communicator, able to work with internal teams and external partners, receptive to feedback
