Job Description:

Our product teams design products that help customers optimize their business potential and create best-in-class customer and user experiences.

The Design Systems team is responsible for delivering foundational tokens and reusable UI components upon which many of our products are built. We collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver flexible, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

As a designer at our company, you will help us deliver value to our customers through engaging and cohesive experiences with scale and speed. You will be part of a passionate team of around 40 designers who love learning and sharing. We have weekly critiques and regular brown-bag sessions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design products that meet the needs of our customers. You will use your skills in UI, visual, and interaction design to create designs that are intuitive, usable, and delightful.

To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in Product UX/UI design. You should have advanced UI, visual, and interaction design skills, as well as moderate knowledge of and experience working in design systems.

You will also need strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Experience working within cross-functional teams and agile environments is highly valued. Bonus points if you have foundational research and discovery techniques, knowledge of Design Ops, or experience in validating designs through usability testing.
